LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - This is a quick update mid-day to note we expect a relative lull in the active pattern today. Clouds have been increasing early afternoon as a front edges across the area, and we can’t rule out an isolated shower or storm, especially over the eastern part of our area. But for most, no rain or storm. We have a level 1 out of 5 risk today if a storm does pop up, for some 1″ hail and gusty wind.
