St. Cloud State University student Joshua Riibe, 22, left the Dominican Republic on Wednesday, but was detained in Puerto Rico, according to the New York Post, after being held at a Punta Cana resort in the wake of the disappearance of Sudiksha Konanki, 20. Riibe, who is from Iowa, was a person of interest, but not a suspect, in the missing person case since he was the last person to see Konanki on March 6, according to USA TODAY.
