Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp is angry with the Times Free Press and leveling accusations of unethical behavior against our journalists. It's hardly news that elected officials are often unhappy with the natural tension between people in power and media outlets who cover their actions and are dedicated to holding them to account.

Monday is the last day to register to vote in Tennessee and Georgia. Voters must have a Tennessee driver's license or Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security identification in order to register online. Visit the Secretary of State's website at ovr.govote.tn.govIf you do not have one of those forms of identification, you'll have to print or obtain the voter registration form and submit by mail or at the election commission.
