A funding request was approved at the South and West Fife area committee and the money will go towards the £80,000 cost of replacing the sports hall floor at the sports and leisure centre on Harbour Drive.

Police Scotland and Fife Council came up with the pilot scheme which will cost £30,000 and aim to educate youths, give them practical skills, a qualification and ultimately keep them safe.
