Extensive searches were carried out in the loch (Image: Newsquest) THE body of a man has been recovered from a loch following a major search and rescue operation. Police Scotland first received a report of a missing man who was last seen swimming in Loch Ard in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park at around 9pm on Saturday. The force's dive and marine unit carried out extensive searches along with the Mountain Rescue Team and air support unit.
