From day one, she never let fear win. “I’m going to beat cancer,” Cofrancesco said when remembering the time she learned of her diagnosis, and she did. Today, Cofrancesco is cancer-free and credits her recovery to her faith, mindset, and family. “I think a lot of times it’s harder on the caregivers and the loved ones in our lives than it is on us,” she said.
