    Tonight, there are more questions than answers in a shooting death of a 12-year-old boy in Kinston. According to the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office, the boy was accidently shot by a sibling. News 12 reached out to the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office and the Lenoir County Department of Social Services who is assisting in the investigation to see what we could find out. Now, based on a statement released by Lenoir County Public Schools, the 12-year-old has been identified as Za’dok Clark.

    Community members are invited to give their input next week to expand parks in areas of Pitt County. The sessions will be in regards to two grant applications for parks and recreation projects. “I think it’s really nice. It especially gives us somewhere to bring the kids.
