Some of this year's honorees have been in business for more than a century. The Baltimore Business Journal will recognize 20 Greater Baltimore companies this spring as part of our 2025 Family-Owned Business Awards. The annual honor recognizes local businesses for their overall excellence, innovation, ethics and philanthropy. All honorees are family-owned — some for multiple generations — and have a deep commitment to their work and to the Baltimore area.
