In a hard fought battle, both teams went into the matchup undefeated. LSC started off strong and in the first 20 minutes were already ahead 2-0, with goals from Nick Firmino and Cory Burke. San Antonio responded soon after getting two as well. At halftime the score would remain 2-2.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Two Lexington Sporting Club teams were busy this past weekend. Lexington Sporting Club USL Championship team hosted Indy Eleven on Saturday. In the end, Lexington and Indy split one point each, with a final score of 1-1. Marcus Epps of LSC scored the goal. On Sunday, Lexington Sporting Club’s Super League team hosted the Carolina Ascent. The Ascent defeated Lexington with a final score of 4-0.
Officials discover human skeletal remains in Jessamine County

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police say while they were investigating a case for a missing person, they discovered human skeletal remains in a wooded area along Sulphur Well Road in Jessamine County on Thursday. The remains were recovered by the Jessamine County Coroner and will be taken to the state medical examiner’s office in Frankfort for identification.
