André Valente is a Brazilian cartoonist and comics professor living in Angoulême, France. His webcomic series, Time Mates is being published by Dupuis' Webtoon Factory. He has published more than 50 zines (in Portuguese), collaborated with Fluide Glacial magazine (in French), and is currently working on a comics adaptation of R.L. Stevenson's Treasure Island (in Spanish). He is very tired. He has a website.

1. IntroductionAccording to the World Health Organization, PEL (primary effusion lymphoma) is a B-cell lymphoid proliferation related to Kaposi sarcoma herpesvirus 8/human herpesvirus 8 (KSHV/HHV8) that affects mainly human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected individuals [1] . PEL accounts for approximately 4% of all HIV-related non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL) [2] [3] and up to half of the patients with PEL have a previous history of Kaposi sarcoma (KS) [4] .

No dia 19/10/22, a Receita Federal do Brasil publicou a Instrução Normativa 2.110/22, que revoga a Instrução Normativa RFB 971/09 e consolida as normas gerais de tributação sobre a folha de salários.
