QUEENS, N.Y. (BVM) - Jaiden Glover was the star of St. John's 2024 recruiting class, but he is now in the NCAA transfer portal one year later. The 6-foot-4 guard played in 22 games this past season, but missed most of February and the postseason due to torn tendons in his wrist. Glover, a four-star, top-100 recruit from New Jersey, averaged just 2.2 points while shooting 34.7% from the field.

MOBILE, Ala. (BVM) - South Alabama quarterback Gio Lopez was one of the best Group-of-5 signal callers in 2024. The redshirt freshman threw for 2,559 yards, 18 touchdowns and only five interceptions. Lopez led the Jaguars to a bowl game victory in head coach Major Applewhite's first season with the program. Lopez is planning on entering the NCAA transfer portal when it opens Wednesday and he should be one of the top QBs available in the window.
