Newark Liberty International Airport has been under fire for the past month due to air traffic control outages. However, better days are apparently ahead. The first outage at Newark occurred on April 28. The ATC computer screens went dark for roughly 60-90 seconds. That led to a handful of air traffic controllers going on medical trauma leave. Less than two weeks later, the radar screens went dark yet again.

With "Superman" less than two months away from hitting theaters, DC Studios has unveiled a behind-the-scenes look at David Corenswet's training. Well before DC Studios started filming, James Gunn said he wanted an actor who portrays kindness and compassion as his Superman. After a bunch of screen tests, he chose Corenswet. Only time will tell if DC fans accept him as Superman, but there's no question he's done the work to bring this character to life.

A prestigious college stadium has suffered "significant" hailstorm damage this week. A significant hailstorm struck much of Texas earlier this week. Texas' iconic baseball stadium, Disch-Falk Field, has suffered major damage. Texas is just a couple of days away from hosting a Regional Event in the NCAA Baseball Tournament. Texas is scheduled to play on Friday at 1 p.m. E.T.A photo of the damaged batters eye at Disch-Falk Field is going viral on X, formerly known as Twitter.

A popular Mexican restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, has closed its doors for good this month. In 1999, Adobe Gila's opened up at the Easton Town Center. It's on the second floor of the mall. The restaurant described its service as a "feast for the senses, with dishes that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance and drinks that'll have you raising your glass for another round." Unfortunately for Ohio residents, Adobe Gila's won't be making their customers' taste buds dance any longer.

Tornadoes are reportedly "likely" in two major U.S. states on Thursday afternoon. The National Weather Service announced on Thursday, May 29 that tornadoes are "likely" in two major U.S. states, which are likely to be hit hard by "severe" storms. "Severe" storms are reportedly possible on Thursday, with "large to very large hail," damaging wind gusts up to 70-85 mph and multiple tornadoes. The two U.S. states at risk of being hit hard are Texas and New Mexico.
