SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) – Doug Christie has been the head coach of the Sacramento Kings for less than a week, but he has already been working on his coaching staff. The names Mike Woodson and Bobby Jackson have been mentioned as additions to the bench. Woodson, who has head coaching experience both in the NBA (New York Knicks) and in college (Indiana), is a former Kings player who moved with the team from Kansas City to Sacramento in the mid-1980’s.

But don’t leave out the women’s tennis team. Those Hornets, with a record of 21-3 and a Big Sky Tournament championship under their belt, are about to play in their second straight NCAA Tournament.
