Here's how I picture a draft lottery with 6 hoppers, 6 balls each: Each team rep is accompanied by someone who has a laptop open with an Excel file with all the combos for that team. First number is, say, "2." So the computer person goes on the Excel file and cuts all the combos

6 hoppers of 6 balls. 46,656 combos. Enough for disbursement among the teams. Publicly distribute which number combos go to which teams. (Determined randomly.) 14 percent of combos to teams 1, 2, 3, 12.5% to team 4, etc. All in public. You’d know the winner immediately.
