East Texas Now Livestream:Friday will be hot and breezy and the majority of the day will be rain-free with temperatures in the lower 90s and a mix of clouds and sun. A strong cap (layer of the atmosphere that prevents storm development) is in place over the region, but it could weaken by evening, which could result in a few developing thunderstorms.
