Brandon Stephens, 21, is the co-defendant of James Keylan Willis, also of Dallas, who was sentenced to an automatic life prison term with no parole after his capital murder conviction last week in the death of 59-year-old Stanley Wilcox.

    TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler man accused of helping to run a dogfighting ring has had his trial date pushed back. Michael Cameron Jones, 31, is accused alongside his brother, Kerry Jones, 34, of Tyler, in a dogfighting operation that was shut down last summer in Smith County. Michael Jones appeared before Judge Debby Gunter Thursday for a hearing, in which his trial date was delayed.
