200 teens break into woman’s home while she was away to throw a house party

On Saturday around 10:30 p.m., Jamie Lewis said she got a call from Las Vegas Metro Police asking if she was having a party. “Of course I said no, and to be fair, I really thought it was a fake call,” she said. Lewis said it was not until her husband got a call from neighbors that she realized what was happening in their home.

According to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Mureia Donta Napoleon, 47, of Jasper turned himself in around 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon following an earlier phone call from Sheriff Chuck Havard. According to JCSO, shortly before midnight on Friday deputies responded to a venue known as “The Barn” located on CR 119 in Jasper on reports of a shooting.

According to Game Warden Captain, Steve Stapleton, Texas Games Warden, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office, and local first responders were called to a 4-year-old drowning in a farm pond at a residence off of CR 4612 in Hopkins County. According to Stapleton, the child was recovered by a bystander and is being taken to a hospital by EMS escorted by Fire. AirEvac was on standby but not used.
