PHILADELPHIA ( WPHL) - Philadelphia Police say two people are dead and nine were hurt after a shooting in Fairmount Park on Memorial Day. Commissioner Kevin Bethel told PHL17 that around 10:30 p.m., bullets sprayed into a crowd gathered near Lemon Hill Drive and Poplar Drive. A man and a woman were killed, and of the nine others shot, three of the victims were teenagers. The two people killed have been identified as Amya Devlin, 23, and Mikhail Bowers, 21.
