John Lynch pleaded not guilty to the allegation during a pre-trial hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court last week (Wednesday, April 2). The 62-year-old is said to have sexually assaulted the woman, seized hold of her, and pinned her down on September 1, 2022. It is claimed that he forcibly removed her clothing, repeatedly kissed her and carried out further sex acts.
