Kelly Gardiner pleaded guilty to driving with 126 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on Forge Road on March 24 this year - exceeding the limit of 22mcg per 100ml.

Main Street, Ayr (Image: Google) A MAN was allegedly caught carrying a knife after shouting and swearing in Ayr. Piotr Czerniec faces charges of threatening or abusive behaviour and possession of a blade on the town's Main Street. The 50-year-old is said to have caused fear and alarm by repeatedly shouting, swearing and acting in an aggressive manner on October 27, 2023 while out on bail, granted in November 2021 at Ayr Sheriff Court.

Ayr Hospital (Image: Newsquest) A MAN who made a sexual comment to a woman at Ayr Hospital and threw a plastic cup avoided being placed on the register. Ricky Longridge pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, causing fear and alarm at Ayr Hospital, when he appeared from custody at Ayr Sheriff Court. The 39-year-old admitted shouting, swearing and acting in an aggressive manner during the incident on February 5.

Helen McBride pleaded guilty to a single charge of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, namely class B cannabis, from an address on Main Street in Ochiltree. The 52-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge during a recent pre-trial first diet hearing held in Ayr Sheriff Court, after being caught by police on June 25, 2024. Defence solicitor Tony Currie told the hearing: "She pleads guilty to this indictment. She felt imposed upon by her son to hold the drugs.
