A 75-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman were arrested following enquiries in Oban on Wednesday, March 26. They are due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court tomorrow (Wednesday, April 16).

Marcus Bonaldi, 25, admitted the offence last year when he appeared with co-accused Louis Bonaldi at Ayr Sheriff Court. The 28-year-old Louis Bonaldi accepted an amended charge when the pair appeared together in the dock ahead of trial.

Jack Roddie, 25, and Shannon O'Neil, 29, are both accused of assaulting the alleged victim at Fort Street in Ayr on April 22 last year, grabbing a mobile phone from his hand and then spitting at him.
