ROCK HILL, S.C. — An investigation has been launched in Rock Hill after a mom says her child was filmed in the bathroom at the TJ Maxx store off of Dave Lyle Boulevard. Crystal Adams says she and her two sons were shopping in the store when her sons asked to use the restroom. Adams said she was “sure to stay nearby,” and her sons “used the buddy system like usual.” Moments later, Adams said her 11-year-old son ran out of the bathroom behind an older man.
