In Tuesday’s quarterfinal round matchup in Montclair, fifth-seeded Bergen Catholic, No. 16 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated fourth-seeded (No. 11) Montclair Kimberley, 3-2. The win came down to a tiebreaker in the second-doubles match between Justin Choi and Daniel Calianese of Bergen Catholic and Nikhil Shah and Scott Skipper of Montclair Kimberley.

Jayden Capindica and Colin Kassai each socked a home run to take the lead in extra innings as Immaculata downed West Morris, 4-1, in Chester. With no score after seven innings, the game moved to the top of the eighth inning, where Immaculata (16-7) got on the board first when Capindica socked a solo home run. With Jayson Labrador at second base, Justin Labrador stroked an RBI-single into right-center field to extend the Immaculata lead to 2-0.
