    The University of Delaware Police Department arrested a 22-year-old man who is unaffiliated with the University and charged him with multiple felony offenses. Cezanne Hoag, of Lititz, Pa., surrendered to UD Police at approximately 12:30 p.m. April 17. He was arraigned by video phone on seven charges, including four felonies, stemming from a January sexual assault. Hoag received $81,500 secured bail, which he paid, and was released from UDPD custody at 3:30 p.m. April 17.
