Barry Morphew, who's now accused for the second time of killing his wife Suzanne, will be extradited to Colorado from Arizona, court records show. Last week, the 12th Judicial District Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Barry Morphew with first-degree murder of his wife. He was taken into custody in Gilbert, Arizona, on Friday. On Tuesday, court officials in Arizona said he waived his right to an extradition hearing. It's not yet clear when he'll be extradited to Colorado for his new case.

People are being asked to avoid the area of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the Northern Colorado town of Erie after police say a vehicle sparked a grass fire. Few details were immediately available, but the Erie Police Department tweeted about the fire just before 3:30 p.m. and said Mountain View Fire Rescue is responding. The cemetery is north of Weld County Road 8 and just west of Colliers Boulevard and Erie sits in Weld County, about 30 miles north of Denver.

Mud and rock spills over Colorado highway, forces closure of Loveland Pass The mudslide that forced a closure of U.S. Highway 6 at Loveland Pass is causing some changes that are likely to result in traffic delays, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation. Due to the closure, CDOT crews will be escorting trucks carrying hazardous materials through the Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnels, which they're typically prohibited from driving through.

Seventeen people were arrested in connection with Saturday's "No Kings" protest in Denver -- one of over 2,000 affiliated protests across the country, in which organizers say over 5 million people attended. Police didn't immediately provide a breakdown of who was charged with what or why, but the protest and related marches shut down streets throughout the day and into Saturday night.
