GREENE COUNTY, Mo. – A Missouri man has been indicted for murder, four years after the body of a missing Willard man was discovered in Bois D’Arc. The victim, Russell Long, was first reported missing on April 6, 2021. His remains were found two months later by highway department workers in a rural area of Bois D’Arc. Autopsy results revealed he died from a shotgun wound to the chest. The remains were identified on June 8, 2021, and the investigation remained quiet until this week.
