It is a tradition on Good Friday to indulge in some homely fish and chips before the Easter weekend gets underway. This is because many Christians decide to give up meat for Lent with fish being the ideal alternative to create a satisfying meal. For me, fish and chips reminds me of nights in with my family where we would order a takeaway as a treat. My dad would call us when he was on his way home with the food to stick the kettle on and get some bread buttered.

ESA is a sickness benefit for individuals with medical conditions that hinder their ability to work, with some indefinitely signed off and others expected to prepare for future employment as their health improves.
