OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — The Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum’s 30th anniversary ceremony in remembrance of the Oklahoma City bombing has been moved indoors due to forecasted weather conditions. The ceremony will now be held at First Church on the corner of NW 5th Street and North Robinson Avenue. Attendees are asked to enter through the west doors located at the above corner. Those needing ADA accessibility can enter through the doors on the east side of the church.

Those affected by last month’s devastating wildfires can receive free counseling help. The Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa is offering free one-time sessions of support for those affected by the wildfires. The sessions can take place either in-person or virtually. The sessions will discuss community resources, help build coping skills, and provide emotional support and encouragement.

First degree rape by instrumentation charges will remain as adult criminal charges against two Sperry High School students. On Wednesday, a judge decided not to overturn another judge’s ruling, saying that the law allows the state to prosecute the students as adults since they’re both over 15. The defense said prosecutors are twisting the law to fit their case better. FOX23 is waiting for the formal ruling from Judge April Seibert on if these teens will continue to be charged as adults for now.

TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa Police Department officer was accidentally hit by a police car after officers chased a man into a parking lot. Around 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, officers attempted to stop a man who they said was jaywalking across the street. Officers said that when they approached, the man ran from them, and officers pursued him on foot. The chase eventually ended in a QuikTrip parking lot near South Garnett Road and East 11th Street South.
