The Celtic Cowboys of Austin, Texas, recently celebrated their 20th anniversary. Members and friends of the sport and social club met on the rooftop of the Texas Bankers Association building in downtown Austin to commemorate the occasion with a gala. The Celtic Cowboys were founded by Limerick man Pat Doab in 2004 and they sponsor teams in golf, soccer, hurling, and Gaelic football.

“There’s only room for one genius in this family!” Brendan Behan is reputed to have remarked to Dominic, his younger brother. While Dominic Behan may not be as well-known as Brendan, it would be hard to argue that he is not his equal in sheer creativity. However, Brendan was correct when he stated, “No matter what you do, you’ll always be known as Brendan Behan’s brother.” Dommo was so much more than that. He wrote "The Patriot Game," perhaps the greatest protest song.

You are not a business person, but I believe you'd have done a better job of preserving and building upon a $500 million legacy, which is the estimated amount in today’s money Donald Trump got from his parents via means legal and otherwise. Of course, you wouldn’t cut it as a reality-TV star nor as a bare-faced robber (as opposed to a robber baron of the old school), the reasons we use the term “billionaire” in the same sentence as the Queens-born draft-dodger’s name.
