SETUPA disturbance in the mid-levels of our atmosphere will roll over the Lone Star State on Sunday, providing enough power to generate some isolated thunderstorms. If storms do get up and going, then they will have plenty of fuel to tap into, meaning that they may wind up on the stronger side.

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Due to the development of strong to severe thunderstorms, a TORNADO WATCH has been issued until 10PM for a portion of the Brazos Valley. While it is currently only in place for Lee County, the entire Brazos Valley has the potential to find severe thunderstorms with other hazards, such as damaging wind gusts and hail before sunrise on Tuesday.

SETUPAn area of low pressure will move into the Four Corners Region on Sunday, sending passing disturbances rippling across the state of Texas. This low will continue its trek to the east through the first few days of the week, swinging past the Texas panhandle on Monday.
