Boom Island shooting Police responded to reports of gunfire at Boom Island Park around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday and learned that six people had been shot. One woman was transported to the hospital where she died from her injuries. Four of the men shot received non-life-threatening injuries, while one man suffered life-threatening injuries, according to police. A short time later, police were called to Hennepin County Medical Center where a large group was fighting outside the hospital.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Police say a 14-year-old boy was fatally shot after a fight broke out outside the Federal Reserve Bank on Monday night. Teen fatally shot Police said the incident happened around 9 p.m. near North 1st Street and Hennepin Avenue. A group of young men got into a fight when one of them pulled a gun and shot a 14-year-old boy. Police found the boy on the ground with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - The alleged gunman in the Minneapolis mass shooting that left four people dead and another injured is set to appear in court on Monday. James Ortley, 34, is facing several felony charges, including four counts of second-degree murder, and one count each of attempted second-degree murder, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is currently being held on a $2 million bond and is scheduled to make his first appearance in court at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
