Mercer Island's health-forward restaurant Sano Cafe is opening a second location in Bellevue's Centre 425 building tomorrow, the Bellevue Downtown Network reported this week. Founded in 2015 by Lisa Nordstrom, the menu at the café - whose name translates to "healthy mind and body" in Italian - encompasses breakfast bowls, juices, smoothies, salads, and more. In addition to its café offerings, Sano caters and has loyalty rewards for members.

Puget Sound chain Pagliacci Pizza is looking to open a new location in Redmond near the city's new light rail station in the fall. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, who originally reported the news, co-owner Matt Galvin said that the location might also feature drone delivery in collaboration with the San Francisco-headquartered Zipline.
