The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant will be at The Eight, a 25-story office tower downtown. Sabine Café, which is operated by Seattle-based Yes Parade Restaurant Group, first opened its doors in 2020 in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.

Last night’s planned launch of Amazon’s first group of Project Kuiper satellites aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket was scrubbed due to unfavorable weather conditions at the Florida launch site. The 27 satellites, all made at Project Kuiper’s Kirkland manufacturing facility, mark the start of Project Kuiper’s mission to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. Over the next few years, it plans to put 3,236 satellites into low Earth orbit.
