Abbi Pulling may be top of the F1 Academy standings but the British star isn’t resting on her laurels. Having become the first female driver to drive a Formula 1 car in Saudi Arabia in 2022, Pulling hopes to go one step further and is determined to secure a seat in F1 in the near future. There aren’t too many players in the world of football that have crossed the divide in two major cities. But Aoife Mannion has. The 28-year-old – who grew up as a Birmingham City fan – started her senior career with rivals Aston Villa, before joining her beloved Blues in 2013. A move to Manchester City followed in 2019 but two years later, Mannion crossed the divide again by signing for City’s arch-rivals Man United. It was a brave move from Mannion which typifies her personality on the pitch.

Conor McGregor 'f****** loved' it when he saw Moto2 Jake Dixon copy his billionaire strut following his maiden victory last year. English rider Dixon secured his long-awaited first Moto2 race victory at the Dutch Grand Prix in Assen in June 2023 in his fifth season in the series. In the midst of excitable and emotional scenes, Dixon pulled over his bike at the side of the track on his victory lap to wheel out McGregor’s trademark walk.
