    The final price tag for the renovations of Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale will end up being higher than expected. The arena, which was built to host an NHL team in the early 2000s, is getting a makeover intended to make it more conducive for concerts than sports. The Arizona Coyotes were booted as the building’s primary tenant in 2022.

Feta Cowboy, the new concept, is expected to have at least a soft opening before the end of 2024 in Tempe in the McClintock Fountains retail plaza on the northeast corner of Warner Road and McClintock Drive.

    A luxurious members-only club will be opening in the Footprint Center thanks to a new partnership between the Phoenix Suns ownership and Major Food Group, the company behind eateries such as New York Italian-American restaurant Carbone. Suns owner Mat Ishbia on Nov. 20 announced the new members-only private dining club, which will be called the Ra Ra Room, and said it is expected to open by the end of the month.
