A severe storm hit Shady Point, Oklahoma, Monday night and destroyed a man's uninsured home. The Leflore County emergency manager reported that the storm toppled trees, downed power lines, and damaged at least two homes in the area. One home, belonging to Ken Helton, suffered the most damage seen so far in the River Valley.
