Kopper Kettle Candies made its grand opening back in 1950. Since then, the business has been passed down from generation to generation. "This is my grandpa here, probably in about 1958," said the owner of the shop, Thomas Greer, who followed in his grandfather and father's footsteps.

BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A former Fayetteville and Springdale educator got his probation revoked and was sentenced to 17 years in prison on May 6 for being present on a school campus as a level three registered sex offender twice, according to Washington County Prosecuting Attorney Brandon Carter. Mark Oesterle, 52, previously worked for Springdale schools, serving as assistant principal at Har-Ber High School in 2014-15 and at Don Tyson School of Innovation in 2015-16.
