Gentry voters reinstated the school millage rate to 46 on Tuesday May 13. It had been 46 mills for many years but was rolled back to 44.4 last year. The school millage means that people living in the Gentry school district will now pay $46 for every $1000 of assessed property value. The Gentry School District plans to expand the middle school to add six classrooms, a new multi-purpose arena, and a storm shelter that would hold approximately 750 students in the event of an emergency or a tornado.

@ The State Revenue Office in Fayetteville A line of about 30 people formed out the door starting before 7 a.m. this morning! https://t.co/KTsBT4ZSFy

Today is the start of Real ID enforcement! You’ll need one for air travel, but XNA says they will still process passengers who don’t have one, it’ll just take more time. The Revenue Office in Fayetteville is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. if you need to get one!
