    A Miami nurse has been charged in the death of her mother who died after having her intubation removed at a hospital, authorities said. Juansette Sabrina Green, 54, was arrested Friday on a charge of aggravated manslaughter of an elderly or disabled adult, Miami-Dade jail records showed. According to an arrest report, on May 5, Green's mother had been taken to Northshore Medical Center on May 5 after she was experiencing shortness of breath.

    A Hialeah man who drove into a crowd of people in Fort Myers was arrested with the held of a witness who held him until deputies responded, authorities said. The incident unfolded Sunday night when a verbal altercation escalated in the 2000 block of Maravilla Circle in Fort Myers, the Lee County Sheriff's Office said. During the incident, 55-year-old Eduardo Lando-Matamoro, of Hialeah, drove into a crowd of people in a driveway, hitting three people, authorities said.
