Tuesday night, the Hopkins City Council signed off on a resolution in support of “host approval” for the issuance of $35 million in health care revenue bonds for the project. Designed by Pope Design Group, the 88-bed, 84-unit facility will be built at 412 Fifth Ave. N. in Hopkins.
