Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital went on emergency water protocols Friday afternoon following the discovery of E. coli bacteria in a routine water sample taken in Indian Harbour Beach on April 10. Melbourne water customers of the Pineda Causeway, including the city of Melbourne, are under a boil water advisory as a result, according to an email from Cheryl Mall, Melbourne public information officer.

The rally, with music, speakers, resources and a march across Eau Gallie Causeway, is one of many being held nationwide to mark International Transgender Day of Visibility, marked on March 31 since 2010.
