A Viera High School math teacher previously arrested on a domestic battery charge was jailed again over the weekend after deputies said he choked a woman during an argument. Samuel Jacon-Landon Davison, 33, was charged with battery by strangulation on Sunday. The Brevard Public Schools district placed Davison on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. It was not immediately known if the leave was with pay.
