Following today’s reveal of the new Figment meet and greet opening date at EPCOT, a first look at the character’s greeting area has been shared on social media. This first look was shared in a video across Walt Disney World’s social media accounts. The backdrop feature bright shades of blue, purple, yellow, and orange. A silhouette of the Dream Mobile, with Dreamfinder in the driver’s seat is featured in the art on the backdrop behind Figment.

Bruce Vaughn, chief creative officer of Walt Disney Imagineering, appeared at Destination D23 today to share some of the Blue Sky updates for Walt Disney World Resort. At this morning’s Disney Parks panel, an update on the Magic Kingdom expansion was shared. The project will be similar in scope to Pandora — The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and will be the biggest expansion in Magic Kingdom history.

The DINOSAUR attraction in DinoLand USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will transform into a new adventure, starring Indiana Jones. Announced this morning during the Disney Parks panel at Destination D23, it was revealed that an Indiana Jones experience is being considered as part of a new land theme featuring Encanto.

Test Track is set to be reimagined at EPCOt, and will take inspiration from World of Motion. A new Pirates of the Caribbean tavern is being developed for Magic Kingdom, with the return of Peg-Leg Pete, also known as the Barker Bird that was once stationed outside the attraction. The news was shared during today’s Disney Parks panel at Destination D23. During today’s Disney Parks panel at Destination D23, a new world-jumping vehicle was announced as coming to the next attraction in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure. This new vehicle will help transport Super Heroes into the Multiverse. An early peek at the ride vehicle was shared, featuring a design that combines elements of Tony Stark’s time-suits, with Xandarian jump points and Wakandan technology. During this morning’s Disney Parks panel at Destination D23, Josh D’Amaro showed off the first look at the Louis animatronic that will be present in the upcoming attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The animatronic is not fully finished, but you can see the top of Louis’ head.
