    CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren is hard at work seeking a second term in office, just days after City Council passed a motion of no confidence against him. On Friday, Seren was seen gathering signatures along Lee Road in an effort to qualify for the September primary. He needs at least 342 valid signatures from residents by Wednesday to appear on the ballot.
