VICTORIA, Texas - Two missing persons cases continue to go unresolved, years after the Victoria residents were last seen. Brayan Alejandro Galvan Gutierrez went missing on September 8, 2021. Gutierrez was last seen on September 9, 2021, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Guiterrez would be 20 years old today.

Since then, local emergency leaders say the region’s readiness and community partnerships have only grown stronger. County emergency leaders say continuous feeding, medical care, baby food, and diapers are all essential when operating a shelter.

VICTORIA, Texas - Tuesday morning's storms brought rain, wind and power outages to the Crossroads. In Victoria's Woodway neighborhood, at least 1,228 lost power overnight, according to the American Electric Power website. And in Silver City, there were at least 766 customers without power. The estimated restoration time is around 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. this morning.
