VICTORIA, Texas – A 10-year-old student at VISD's Schorlemmer Elementary School was arrested Thursday afternoon after allegedly making a verbal threat on campus, according to the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office. At approximately 1:43 p.m. on April 17, school staff reported the incident to school resource officers (SROs). Following a preliminary investigation, the student was taken into custody and is being charged with making a terroristic threat.
