(QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person is dead after a reported mass shooting during a party that left at least 12 people hurt near Hickory, according to the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A heavy police presence was reported in a Statesville neighborhood on Thursday following a shooting that may have started as a road rage incident on Interstate 77. According to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, the incident began when two people in one car may have followed another vehicle off the interstate and onto Wall Street. That’s where deputies said shots were fired. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
