Word of the sushi spot's shutdown comes about a month after the chef closed a ramen restaurant a block away. A Denver restaurateur is closing his last location in two weeks. Chef Jeff Osaka, who once to owned several eateries in Denver, will close his final spot, Sushi-Rama, on April 12. Sushi-Rama, at 2615 Larimer St. in Denver's River North Art District, opened in late 2015.

A local disc golf company that began in its founder's Littleton garage has grown into an 8,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Denver. Tash Panda Disc Golf, which makes discs out of recycled plastics, moved into its new facility at 2160 S. Platte River Drive a few months ago. It scheduled a Friday open house to celebrate its new headquarters and the launch of its latest disc.

The home purchase follows the executive relocating his company's headquarters from Los Angeles to Denver. A sports and entertainment industry CEO has a new home in Cherry Hills Village. Tim Leiweke, former CEO of Anschutz Entertainment Group and former Denver Nuggets president, purchased a 10,420-square-foot mansion in Cherry Hills Village for $7.2 million, according to public records.
