    The 154 people arrested at a car meet in Oklahoma City are still waiting for clarity on the possible charges they face. Oklahoma City Police Chief Ron Bacy defended the department's actions last week, but he said some of the people arrested will only receive tickets. That same day he defended the arrests, more than 100 people were arraigned. "We feel a responsibility to act," Bacy said.
