KOSU (91.7 FM) is a public radio station run by Oklahoma State University, with its studios located on the OSU campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma, as well as in the Film Row area of Oklahoma City. The station offers a blend of National Public Radio news, talk shows, and adult album alternative (AAA) music. As one of several NPR member stations in the Oklahoma City Metroplex, KOSU stands out as the only NPR news and talk station that effectively covers most of the area with its main signal. Additionally, its programming is available on several full-time satellite stations: KOSN 107.5 FM in Ketchum, which serves the Tulsa region, KOSR 88.3 FM in Stillwater, K235CG 94.9 FM in Ponca City, and K297AQ 107.3 FM in Bixby.

    Farmers are planning on putting fewer acres of soybeans in the ground this spring amid retaliatory tariffs from China and higher production costs. Federal data shows intended soybean plantings are down 3.5 million acres, about a 4% drop from 2024.
