Chief Rickey Dandridge says shots were fired from a car on Parkway Street during a family gathering with several children playing outside. 3 victims were shot, including a 15-year-old girl. They are all in non-critical condition. Bryan Polk, one of the last suspects on the run, is now in custody, along with two other suspects.
