    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jaguars running back Travis Etienne is in the final year of his rookie contract. Etienne is coming off his worse NFL season in which he saw his numbers decline significantly in carries, rushing yards and touchdowns which were career lows. In 2024 Etienne had 150 attempts, for 558 yards and two rushing touchdowns all career lows. In 2023 Eitenne had 267 attempts, 1,008 and 11 touchdowns. In 2022 Etienne had 220 attempts, 1,125 yards and 5 touchdowns.

It is something Hunter did for two years during his time in Boulder at Colorado. Hunter says he is not fazed by the pressure of being the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
