    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - It was a typical summer day on Thursday where we saw a mix of sun and clouds w/more storms inland and less at the coast. Highs reached into the 80s to near 90. Tonight: It will be warm and quiet with lows in the 70s area wide under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Friday: Expect another day with high heat & humidity with mainly inland storms. Rain chances will be 20% at the coast and 40% inland. Highs will reach the 80s to low 90s.

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - We saw scattered storms on Wednesday mainly across interior sections of NWFL. Highs were in the 80s to near 90. Tonight: We will see the storms gradually diminish with lows in the 70s under partly cloudy skies. Thursday: Expect mainly inland spotty storms on Thursday during the afternoon. Highs will be in the 80s (coast) to near 90 (inland). Feels like temps will be 95+. Friday: We will see more spotty storms, but again, most of those storms will be inland.

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - After a quiet start we saw temps quickly warm into the 80s/90s by Tuesday afternoon. Showers & storms moved in late day into the early evening. Tonight: It will be mostly quiet with only a small chance of storms. lows will be mainly in the low to mid 70s. Wednesday: Expect an unsettled day with a good chance of storms moving SE to NW across our area. Rain chances will be 70-80%. Highs will be mainly in the mid 80s.

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - It was a sunnier, hotter, and more humid day on Friday. We saw spotty strong to severe storms move through NWFL during the late day/early evening. Highs were in the 80s to near 90. Tonight: A front will move through and drier, less humid air will move into NWFL. Lows will be in the mid 60s inland and upper 60s at the coast. Saturday: Skies will be sunny and it will be less humid. Highs will be 85 (coast) to upper 80s (inland). Winds will be North at 5-10 mph.

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - We saw two rounds of showers & storms on Thursday. Rainfall totals were between .5-1″ of rain on the low end & 3″ on the high end. Highs were in the 70s to near 80 w/the sun returning by the end of the day. Tonight: Skies will be partly cloudy and it will be mostly dry tonight with lows in the low to mid 70s. Friday: Expect more sun as well as more heat and humidity. Highs will be in the mis to upper 80s w/feels like temps in the mid 90s.
